Yonatan Sompolinsky @ WSC2025 🧠
Yonatan Sompolinsky will attend and speak at the Web3 Scholars Conference 2025. Yonatan will speak about DAGKNIGHT and its importance to 2025 crypto. It's likely he will also talk about his recent research regarding a mechanism design approach to MEV-resistant sequencing.
Alongside Yonatan, other important figures in the cryptocurrency world will attend and speak at the conference such as Vitalik Buterin, the co-founder of Ethereum, the CEO of EigenLabs Sreeram Kannan, or Zhong Shao, CertiK's President.

The Gigawatt Stablecoin 🔋
We've said this many times before, and we'll say it again. The Kaspa Industrial Initiative is working on amazing things! This time, they shared more information about one of their many projects, the Gigawatt Stablecoin, more specifically its Regulatory Oracle System.
As per their post,
It's a decentralized compliance framework that enables the Gigawatt Stable Coin to maintain regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions while preserving its core principles of decentralization and censorship resistance

The Kaspa Side Event at Web3 Festival 🍕
In our last release, we've mentioned that Kaspa will attend the Web3 Festival, above you can find the whole, detailed schedule of the event and we'll tell you more about some of the most exciting events that will happen 👀
KEF's Head of Business Development, Evie Yan will open the event with a welcome speech, after which KEF's Director of Communication will present a speech titled Making an Impact in a Decentralized World: Lessons from the Kaspa Ecosystem. Shortly after, two keynotes will be presented by Yonatan Sompolinsky, and Michael Sutton respectively, and then a shared space with people from ex-IOTA foundation and Delphinus Lab will happen regarding the exploration of optimal ZK Technologies for UTXO-Based Layer 1 protocols. Next, spaces from Kasplex and Igra Labs will happen.
And finally, at 11:30 AM, a 30 minute space regarding Proof of Work Based RWA will take place, featuring a Bitcoin Magazine partner, CoinEX's Head of Strategy and chief-level officers at Galaxy Digital and HashPower, as well as Chris Wolf (also known as Wolfie), Kaspa's "unofficial" BD director, and the founder of KasMedia. Personally, we're really excited about this one, definitely not one to be missed!
Kaspa wins the Ultimate Crypto Tournament on X 👑
After beating Bitcoin Cash, Tron, Solana, Algorand, ICP and finally Litecoin, Kaspa won the community vote-based Ultimate Cryptocurrency Tournament.
At the final stage, Kaspa got almost 30 thousand votes, compared to Litecoin's 19 thousand, showing yet again how strong the community is. Cheers to Kaspa!
